My Goats

For those of you unfamiliar with CrossFit jargon, “goats” are just movements you need to work on. No livestock involved. Here’s my goats list for all the world to see:-

50 consecutive Double Unders

1 strict Pull Up (no band)

5 Kipping Pull Ups

1 Handstand Push Up

Funny how they’re all upper body movements. Or not so funny. ¬†Jamie must be able to do all of these movements by the end of this year. Yes. Setting goals are good. Why does my recommended tags say “duct tape”?
